We already had the set up at home (that we'd bought from them), they asked us which cage we had and we pointed to a cage they had in shop and told them "that one just in a different colour (blue and black)" they asked to see a photo as proof which we showed but apparently our blue cage was "too small" and we had to buy a new one if we wanted to adopt him. We'd already fallen in love with Ryan and his story so we felt duped into buying a new cage for him (the green and white one). When we got home we compared the two cages and our blue one is literally the exact same size, only difference was the colour. Buying a new cage isn't a problem but the reasoning for it when we literally bought the same cage again, is nonsense. Still giving 3 stars as the 2 other girls who did the health checks for Ryan were super friendly and polite.
